He is the Most High God who gives and takes away and there is no stopping his hand. So, we need to bow before him, turn from our sins, and seek his mercy. Only then can we say with Nebuchadnezzar, “How great are his signs, how mighty his wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion endures from generation to generation.” May the Lord break our pride, grant us humility, and cause us to declare his mighty works to all.
